We have a proven track record of helping clients meet their budget needs. We also have extensive experience in conceptual estimating, value engineering, CMAR, and Design-Bid-Build.
Construction Management
We take a people-first, collaborative approach to managing our projects. Through this, the client benefits from a more accurate schedule and projects finishing on time and within budget. We implement a culture of continuous improvement, ensuring each project improves upon the last. We utilize FPI Builders’ Last Planner System of Project Planning & Control, which is the foundation for every project execution. With this system, we are able to mitigate risk and delays, providing a more predictable outcome for our clients.
Design & build
We have built a network of experienced architects whom we can utilize to work with across many different sectors. We can team up to provide both design and construction under one contract, giving you a single point of contact throughout the entire project. This service also helps ensure your project is designed within budget, with constructibility input and budget review from the beginning of design.
Warranty
Once the project is complete, we will be by your side to ensure a successful transition into your new building. We stand by our work and will collaborate with you in a timely manner to ensure any warranty items are addressed. We will also assist you in answering any questions you might have as you begin using your new facility.
